Can providers add their own form on dentulu?
+Yes, you can digitize your own forms and add them on the platform so you can let patients download them, fill it up and then send it back to you easily. But if you don't want to digitize your forms, you can use the ones that are already on the website and you can check the templates as well.
How can a provider start using dentulu?
+First is that they need to register on the platform, update your information, after that the back office team will work on your profile add the missing information, verify your email and license, and then that is the time we will know when you are available so we can match your practice to patients that are nearby your location.
Can providers opt out of videocall appointments and do phone call instead?
+Dentulu is finding ways to introduce this feature but since we do not want to expose your personal phone numbers, we are still trying to find a way to incorporate this.
Is there an agreement for patients to sign before appointments?
+Yes, providers need to set up their own BAA in order to signify the transaction, it is a requirement for HIPAA compliance because we are dealing with private health information.
Is there another option for consultation beside video appointments?
+Yes, patients can send photos to providers, wherein they can review it, edit the photo, indicate if you want to measure something and then providers can send detailed analysis including treatment options in a form of a personalized video.
Are the information logged on the website, be automatically transferred to the dentulu app?
+Yes, everything that you entered on the website will be translated to the app as well. Everything is stored in the same database.
Can you request for any health history from the patient?
+Providers can request health history from the patient. Providers are able to access any PHI as long as the patient will sign the consent.
Is there an intra-office type of chat?
+Yes, providers are able to chat with anyone that belongs to their office and any provider that is registered in Dentulu as well.
If we encounter any issues on the website who do we contact?
+You can send an email to hello@dentulu.com and include the screenshot of the problem and or call the number located on the website. We are available from Monday to Saturday.
Are there times where Dentulu is down completely?
+No, Dentulu has multiple servers back up so we won't have a long downtime. But for bugs, it might take 24 hours or less before we can address your problem.
How about server updates? How will it affect our business?
+We will inform you ahead of time that there will be a maintenance and server downtime.
If I register as a dental professional, do I need to register my dental office as well?
+Yes, it will be a separate registration.
How about for those patient that are not registered in dentulu? Can providers use dentulu for their appointments as well?
+Yes, Providers can still send them the invitation link to the appointment and they can just input their name and they will show up to the waiting room.
